How To Deal With the Loss of a Pet, and my Experience.

Recently, I re-discovered this blog, it filled me with joy, but also with grief. Both cats that I wrote about then have died, see my post about letting cats outside for more information. They died at different times but Albee had a much longer life than Frank did. Albee being 8 and Frank 2. When Albee died we got a new baby kitten, of course, there was a gap for grieving, which I think is very important. Her name is Cujo and she's the love of my life! Although you should give yourself time to grieve getting a pet for some people can be a really beneficial and therapeutic way of processing death.
